We design many dissection methods for the purpose of categorically recording information we receive from our clients. This process is also tedious but extremely necessary, the process will involve sorting and evaluating the information on hand prior to recording a classification.
All records provided inclusive of systematic records will be fully received, sorted, classified and summarized to a stage of trail balance and prior to analysing. Most clients (periodic) provide us with week/ monthly business transaction reports via mail, computer or facsimile, they are in turn attended to in a similar manner as per above with no exception all to order to ensure proper compliance with law. All records generated by us will be stored for a period of up to 5 years, and like wise all records returned to clients together with their own transaction records should be maintained for statutory period of 5 years. Reporting We aim to provide meaningful and timely reports as and when required. All our clients who opt for either option 2 or option 3 of our fee plan will automatically receive periodic reports monthly or quarterly and likewise will be required to report their transactions periodically to us. All reports generated are usually unaudited and will always be subject to the Accountants compilation report. Specifically, periodic reports are intended for the client's internal reporting requirements and should not be used for any other purpose with or without our offices permission. Analysing and Interpretation All records generated by junior staff or client alike are put to particular scrutiny and test by a senior staff prior to an overview by the principal who is ultimately responsible for the final reporting and/or inclusion in taxation schedules. All recordings are individually reviewed and interpreted, plans are formulated during this task. The clients is usually notified after this process and in all cases will be requested to inspect our reports and/or will be invited into our offices for the purpose of further discussions and determinations prior to completion of all assignments.
